The Hidden Gift

They say every person carries a hidden gift—not locked in a chest, but somewhere between the heart and the imagination.

Short description of the artwork

They say every person carries a hidden gift—not locked in a chest or buried in history, but resting somewhere between the heart and the imagination.

One day, two sisters decided to find that gift. They would not wait for it; they would set out in search of it.

One climbed onto the back of a gentle hippopotamus, the other onto a powerful rhinoceros. Between them stood a great cube—neither opened nor forgotten, simply waiting.

They crossed the water. The fish knew how to listen instead of speak, while balloons floated through the sky like thoughts set free.

No one knew what the gift might be. Was it happiness, courage, or perhaps a memory?

But the journey slowly whispered its answer:

The gift was not the destination. It was the path itself.

When they arrived, there was no burst of light and no sound of a lock opening.

The gift had not opened inside the cube. It had opened within their hearts.

The greatest gift in the world is not something unwrapped—it is what reveals itself along the way.
